Car park Parkbee Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky

ParkBee Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky is located between Damrak and Oudezijds Achterburgwal, roughly at the same location as the Bijenkorf. So this car park on Sint Jansstraat is super central, right in the middle of the city! If you walk out of the car park, you are on the Red Light District, where many tourists in particular marvel at the many sex shops, window prostitutes, peepshows, brothels, old pubs and coffee shops. But at the same time, you will also find remains of monasteries from the Middle Ages and beautiful monumental canal houses from the 17th century. Moreover, you can easily walk to interesting sights. Via the Enge Kerksteeg, for instance, you reach the Oude Kerk, but you can also walk to Dam Square. There you can feed the pigeons and admire the living statues. Madame Tussaud and Body Worlds Amsterdam are also in this area, as well as the Kalverstraat, where you can enjoy shopping. Because ParkBee Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky is so central, you can easily leave the Red Light District behind and walk to other parts of the city quickly and easily. For example, visit the Zeedijk and Chinatown for a delicious Chinese lunch or snack. Also check out Europe's largest Buddhist temple, built in the style of traditional Chinese palaces. A twelve-minute walk from ParkBee Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky also takes you to Waterlooplein. From Monday to Saturday, a lively flea market including clothing, art, antiques, books and food stalls can be found here. Sore feet or tired legs? Buses and trams leave from Damrak and the nearest metro station is Nieuwmarkt. Amsterdam Central Station is a ten-minute walk away. Here you can easily catch a train to other stations in Amsterdam or the rest of the country, but you will also find a multitude of trams, buses and metros.
